The UTMSU is a non-profit organization that hosts annual elections for five (5) executive positions and sixteen (16) board positions. All UTM students are eligible to vote in UTMSU elections.
Division 1: First-Year Representatives (Two Positions)
“Division I Directors” shall refer to those directors elected by UTM students who have completed 4.00 or less credit at the University of Toronto.
Division 3: Part-Time Directors at Large (Two Positions)
“Division III Directors” shall refer to those directors elected by members of the Union at the University of Toronto Mississauga that are registered part-time in a program leading to a degree, diploma, or certificate, are taking the equivalent of a part-time course load at the University of Toronto Mississauga for the current session, and who have paid membership fees to the Union.
Division 4: Professional Faculty (Medical Academy of Medicine) (One Position)
"Division IV Directors" shall refer to those directors elected by members of the Union at the University of Toronto Mississauga that are registered in a professional Faculty program affiliated with UTM such as the Medical Academy of Medicine (MAM).
The nomination period begins on Monday, October 12 at 9 a.m. and ends Friday, October 16 at 5 p.m. EDT. If you would like to run for any of the aforementioned positions, please follow the link below to submit a candidate application. Once received, the CRO will contact you via email with instructions on submitting a nomination package.
Please note that the nomination period ends on Friday, October 16 at 5 p.m. EDT. We encourage candidates to submit their application as soon as possible to ensure sufficient time for receiving and submitting a nomination package. Late and/or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Silent Period: Friday, October 16, 5:01 p.m. to Monday, October 19, 8:59 a.m. EDT
Campaign Period: Monday, October 19, 9:00 a.m. to Friday, October 30, 6:00 p.m. EDT
Voting Period: Wednesday, October 28, 9:00 a.m. to Friday, October 30, 6:00 p.m. EDT
