Book a Table or a Room in the Student Centre!

The UTM Student Centre is our preferred location for student group activities at UTM. The Presentation Room, Board Room, and Meeting Room are all free to book for UTMSU recognized campus groups. Tables are also available for booking at the Great Hall in the Student Centre, and the outside walkway of the Student Centre (weather permitting).

GUIDELINES:

Recognized Clubs must provide the Campus Groups Coordinator with their UtorID in order to use the Table and Room Booking Portal. The Campus Groups Coordinator will contact all Recognized Clubs to gain access to the portal.

NOTE: Recognized clubs are limited to 3 bookings per semester for the Presentation Room ONLY. The Meeting, Board and Conference Rooms are booked in accordance with the Campus Groups Coordinator. Table bookings are first come, first serve.

Table and Room booking starts in September. New clubs must be recognized before booking events. When the form opens, all Student Centre bookings are to be made online on the Table and Room Booking Portal. When making bookings online, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the activities taking place during your event/tabling session.
