Motions Submission
At the AGM, members of the UTMSU have a chance to submit motions for consideration. Such motions should be action items for the UTMSU to act and work on in the upcoming year.
Below is an example of a motion:
Whereas the UofT Mississauga Campus lacks cheap and healthy food options
Whereas the University holds a contract with a third party company that provides food services;
Be it resolved that the UTMSU lobbies the University for better food options that are cheaper for students.
If you would like to submit a motion(s), please have them written in an editable document (preferable Google Doc) and email it to president@utmsu.ca.
